TMI participated in the challenging realization of new bridge in Luttre . This bridge is a 360-ton steel structure whose total length is 125 meters. It was transported by barges from the assembly hall of TMI, located 60 kms from Luttre.

E-Capital III has committed its fourth investment

E-Capital III has committed its fourth investment by participating in a leveraged buyout of Techno Metal Industrie SPRL and Chaudronneries & Tuyauteries Industrielles SPRL.
These companies are active in three segments of the metal treatment: for TMI, assembly, transport and installation of metal frameworks and ironworks and for CTI, industrial pipings. The plants are located in the neighborhood of Namur.
The founders of TMI and CTI have designed the industrial processes in such a way that it does not require extensive capex since a series of jobs has been subcontracted (metal cutting, galvanization, paint and transport as well as stability studies). However TMI runs in-house a design office for the feasibility and drawing studies.

E-Capital, alongside with Active Capital Company, a Dutch investment company, acquires a 75% stake in Begemann Milieutechniek (BMT). The founder retains 25% and remains active in the Company.
BMT purifies and recycles mercury-contaminated waste substances, which are hazardous by-products of the natural gas and chlorine industries. It currently operates facilities in Farmsum (The Netherlands) and Bangpoo (Bangkok area, Thailand) and plans to expand to new locations in order to serve existing clients in other locations.

This investment is intended to support the rapid expansion of Famous Clothes SA, which reached € 60 Mio sales in 2012, mainly driven by the online retail, and thereby realizing more than 28% annual growth over the last four years.
